  • What your eight spiritual powers are and how to use them effectively.


Course Structure:

A four-session activity to learn meditation through understanding oneself and the qualities one has available within. And exploring them with meditation.

TWICE WEEKLY on

Mondays & Wednesdays for 2 weeks (4 sessions)

10.30 am to 11.45 am or 6.00 pm to 7.15 pm

OR

ONCE A WEEK on

Saturdays for 4 weeks (4 sessions)

12.30 pm to 1.45 pm
