Similarly, in driving our own thoughts, feelings and actions, when we practise slowing down, checking and then expressing in our interactions, we can not only stay safe, but also enjoy the journey of life.

Ruth Liddle has been a meditation student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris since 1995.  She has a background in education, with more than 20 years of professional experience teaching in schools and universities in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea. She has been a full-time volunteer and one of the coordinating team at Manchester Inner Space since her return to the UK in 2011.
