Hope In Our Resilient Hearts
Hope can mean many things, anticipation, aspiration, belief, faith, wishes are a few. A resilient heart is someone with a capacity to recover quickly from difficulties or setbacks. What is the one single quality that enables them to do so? Hope comes to mind.
This evening's speaker will discuss this subject and give us pointers as to how we can all be resilient, especially during these difficult times.
 
About Speaker:

For over three decades, Sister Usha has been dedicated student and teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation as taught by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University.  She is a humanitarian, who is well respected as an inspirational and motivational speaker. She has a boundary less attitude and with this she has been and is able to teach , counsel and facilitate the spiritual upliftment of anyone: from children to the elderly, from the man on the street to the professionals, from the atheist to the interfaith leaders.

She is an Executive Director of the South African Board of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University in South Africa. She is Board Member Southern African Faith Communities’ Environment Institute.

She is currently experiencing the nature and nurture of Guyana.
