Overcoming Self Sabotage
Self-sabotage is a very common behaviour pattern wherein we actively or subconsciously prevent ourselves from achieving our goals or reaching our potential. It stems from how we think about ourselves and how these thoughts then manifest as negative behaviour.
There are many reasons why someone may choose to self-sabotage but many stem from a lack of belief in ourselves or lack of self-worth, fear of success, fear of failure, need to control, placing fault elsewhere....  Substance abuse, turning to food, or procrastination can all be ways in which we self-sabotage.
Sr Jayanti, this evening will share thoughts about this interesting topic and learn how we can change in order to lead fulfilling and successful lives.
