Dear Stress, I have had a long relationship with you. It has been for such a long period that sometimes it felt natural. Though, a few times, I could justify your presence and even appreciated the familiar adrenaline rush to accomplish tasks, I now see, you have been an uninvited guest in my life and caused havoc physically and mentally. This is where we part ways. This is the home coming of goodness that embraces simplicity, understanding, acceptance, patience and kindness.
