Steps to healthy self-image
Mirror, mirror on the wall! If I ask this question to my inner mirror every day, what do I hear and what would I like to hear? Creating a healthy self-image is key since it is closely related to reality. Before I accept what I see in the world's eyes about myself, I need to have a clear vision of the self.
 
This reflective talk will explore the steps that take us into our inner world and present our true selves.
