Fragrance of Kindness

Like a rose spreads its fragrance, kindness is a virtue that easily spreads to others.  Indeed, numerous research studies have found that those on the receiving end of acts of kindness are more likely to be kind themselves. The benefits of kindness don't just stop there, whenever we smile, help another person, be it a friend or a stranger, our bodies respond with health and happiness inducing chemicals, so kindness not only enhances our relationships but also our own health and well-being.

Join us for this talk to explore how all kindness needs to begin by being kind to ourselves.   Discover practical strategies to free ourselves from the negative feelings that so often block that natural flow of kindness .
