Understanding the nature of consciousness
What your eight spiritual powers are and how to use them effectively.
Course Structure:
A four-session activity to learn meditation through understanding oneself and the qualities one has available within. And exploring them with meditation.
Starts: 27 December, Saturday 7.00am till 8.30 am ( for 4 Weeks)
