Fear can range from feelings of 'butterflies in the stomach’ to much more stronger emotions. It is a sort of bondage that sucks away our happiness and  holds us back from realising our hidden potential. Is it possible to live fearlessly in a world full of uncertainty?
What does life taste like without fear? This talk explores this much-aspired journey, from fear to independence, and how to move through it with love.

Rachel’s career spans librarianship, urban regeneration, PR, marketing, events, and arts management. A meditator for nearly 20 years, she volunteers at Global Co-operation House, aiding media and public engagement for the Brahma Kumaris.
