These quarterly workshops focus on one aspect of the whole that will empower your ability to be the naturally amazing whole and healthy you - - the ‘you’ you already are.

 

So, what is REAL holistic health? It is the important mix of well-being in mind, body and spirit. The most important part of all things holistic is the well-being of the soul, that's YOU the "being" in human being.
If you choose to understand and nourish the soul you will develop new habits to feed your well-being with positive thoughts and actions that empower you plus good diet of food that sustains you and your life. An honest and powerful Well Being naturally makes holistic choices and understands the foundation of health is due to spiritual awareness and spiritual sustenance. Presenter: Nicole Travnicek
Nicole has a background in Holistic Health Training -specialising in nutrition, exercise and relaxation techniques. Having worked for two years combining holistic healthcare with childcare, she now supports Brahma Kumaris activities in BK Publications, Inner Space Wembley and the Children and Youth Group. Nicole loves to share and apply the wisdom she’s gained in a playful and natural way.
