How to extinguish the fire
Anger is an expression of inner pain, an indication that all is not well in our inner world.
As such, it is one of the most powerful and destructive emotions.
Whether it seeps out in the form of irritation or resentment, or explodes in full rage, anger causes damage (burns) to both the self and others.
It is always wise to understand the many subtle faces of anger and how they influence our behaviour and our relationships.
What the course will cover:
A two-session activity to explore, to understand and to manage one and one’s own anger in a more effective and positive manner.
Wednesday and Thursday (2 sessions)
5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Saturday (1 session)
1.30pm to 5.30pm
