  4. Unplug from Technology: Take regular breaks from your devices to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Too much screen time can drain your energy and distract you from your true desires.
  5. Practice Gratitude: Cultivate a mind-set of gratitude by appreciating the beauty and abundance in your life. Focus on the positive aspects of every situation, no matter how challenging it may seem.
