Join us each Monday and Thursday evenings for 30 minutes meditation from 7.00 – 7.30pm.  * (excludes Bank Holidays)

We provide this in-person & online opportunity and some guided thoughts to help you focus through the half an hour. This is the perfect space for you to take some time to treat yourself to peace, quiet and space away from the rest of your life and world. We will provide you with gentle music, visuals and brief commentaries, to aid your meditation. The meeting is open to all – from beginners to advanced meditators – and offers a unique opportunity to give special time to you, the group and the planet.
