Take some time out and join us for a guided meditation on Sundays to explore an easy, practical way to feel calmer and positive.

Each session will be led by experienced meditators who will take you on an inner journey.  Facilitators will share tips and tools on how to practice it in your daily life.

Meditation can reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and make the mind more peaceful and focused.

The meeting is open to all – from beginners to advanced meditators – and sessions will offer a unique opportunity to give special time to you, the group, and the planet.
