What Story Do You Choose to Tell?
How do we relate our life stories or incidents in our lives? Do we give prominence to the positives and the lessons learnt or re-iterate the not so pleasant feelings? Research work has suggested that the way we remember and share our personal stories have implications on our mental health and overall well-being..
Honouring Mental Health day, the speaker will highlight the understanding and practices that will help in taking care of our minds and also assist others.
