About Speaker:

Jim Dees attributes his success as a primary school teacher of 25 years to the insights, understanding and inner strength he has gained from practising meditation. Working in a variety of senior leadership roles for over 15 years, and currently as a headteacher of a large primary school in Harrow, his focus has always been on exploring effective ways to develop positive communities built on a foundation of co-operation and collaboration.
