Stepping Out of Comfort Zones

That little step could be different ways of thinking or interacting too. Taking risks opens up new avenues for self-progress. In fact, newness is an essential part of our well-being. This motivating talk will explore easy methods and the spiritual aspect of stepping out of our comfort zones.

Suparna was born and brought up in India and worked as a teacher.  She moved to the UK with her family in 1995. Having gained work experience in various sectors, she has been working in the financial sector for the past 20 years. She has been studying and practising meditation with Brahma Kumaris for the last 10 years.  This study made a deep impact on her and she naturally and easily incorporated the principles of Spirituality within her, allowing them to reflect in her family and work life. It has enabled her to amass several experiences that have empowered her journey through changing life situations and events.
She is actively involved in facilitating, online, the Rajyoga Meditation Course, talks on Self-Empowerment and the application of Spirituality in daily life."
