Ranjan has been a Raja Yoga Meditation teacher and student for the last 35 years, promoting the importance of a spiritual lifestyle. Her many talks, workshops, seminars and exhibitions have been dedicated to helping people to reduce disease, and improving health practice naturally. Ranjan is a retired Ayurvedic Practitioner, specialised in Ayurvedic Lifestyle, gut management, plant based diet and diabetes reduction.
